Return and Refund Policy (US/ International)

At Wabisabi Plants, we handle returns and replacements on a case-by-case basis, specifically for significant defects or damage sustained during the shipping process. To be eligible, the package must be retrieved promptly upon delivery, and any damages must be properly documented in a timely manner.

Please note, this policy does not apply to cosmetic imperfections such as minor leaf blemishes or discoloration that do not impact the health of the plant.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, with any original tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at wabisabiplants2021@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Our goal is always your satisfaction. While this policy outlines our formal procedure, we will make every reasonable effort to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

退換貨與退款政策 (台灣)

為保障您的權益,Wabisabi Plants 依據《消費者保護法》規定,提供自商品(不含植物、種子、介質)到貨之日起七日內的商品鑑賞期(七日包含假日)。
請注意,鑑賞期是「考慮期」而非「試用期」,商品需保持全新狀態且完整包裝,否則恕不受理退換貨。

如需申請退換貨,請於收到商品七日內聯繫客服,並提供以下資料:

  • 訂單編號
  • 聯絡電話
  • 退換貨商品名稱
  • 退換貨原因及清晰照片

請將上述資料寄至 wabisabiplants2021@gmail.com,我們將協助您辦理退換事宜。
商品若經確認符合退換標準,我們會提供退貨地址及退貨運送指引。請勿在未聯繫客服並獲得確認前逕自寄回商品,否則無法受理。


退換貨須知

  • 商品須保持全新、未使用狀態,並保留完整原始包裝(含外包裝紙盒、吊牌等)。
  • 收到商品時,請全程錄影開箱。如發現商品破損,請立即拍照,並將影像與訂單資訊一併提供給客服。
  • 以下情況恕不受理退換貨:
    •  超過七天鑑賞期商品已拆封使用
    • 包裝或配件不完整
    • 人為因素造成損壞(污損、刮傷、破損等)
    • 包裝不當導致運輸損壞
    • 配送人員到訪三次無法成功收件
    • 超過七天鑑賞期商品已拆封使用
  • 植物類商品及手工盆器如有些微色差、模具痕跡、手作痕跡,屬正常現象,不在退換範圍內。
  • 訂單商品數量以實際庫存為準,若因庫存異動導致調整,客服將會主動聯繫通知,請留意郵件與電話訊息。


退款政策

若退換申請獲得批准,退貨商品經檢查無誤後,我們將於 七個工作天內 進行退款處理。退款方式如下:

  • 信用卡付款者:款項將退回原付款信用卡帳戶(實際入帳時間依發卡銀行作業時間為準)。
  • 現金轉帳者:退款將匯入您提供的銀行帳戶。

運費說明:

退貨運費由買家自行負擔,退貨運費將從退款金額中扣除。
